MedicalManagement is a website which acts only as an intermediary and markets and sells medications on behalf of pharmacies which are subject to state and federal laws. We are not able to take back the medications after they were dispatched. To protect the safety of our customers, the purchases of healthcare merchandise are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

MedicalManagement will only provide a refund if the medication was not delivered to the customer within the established shipping period. We will only offer re-shipment if the product was damaged during shipping and if the customer provides the pictures. If any problems should arise with your order, please notify us within one week of receipt of your order. We shall only refund and reship within a delay of 6 month of the initial order.

We wish to draw your attention to the fact that if you would like a refund, please notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company. We can not grant a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company.
